Colm K is one of the most respected DJs in Ireland.

The Cork native draws from a wealth of knowledge in soulful sounds, which sees him perform at clubs and festivals around Ireland and abroad. He has also supported many of the globe’s most respected names including Run Dmc, De La Soul, Jazzy Jeff, Afrika Bambaattaa, Kenny Dope, Mr. Scruff, and many more.

A natural progression from spinning records was to the production realm. Since being selected to be a part of the Red Bull Music Academy in Rome, 2004, he's been busy with international collaborations, producing studio projects for the Hypnotic Brass Ensemble and releasing music via Brownswood, amongst others.

2009 saw him release music with the electronic outfit FreezerRoom. He also produced much of the debut album of the Irish Soul sensation, Brian Deady. 

In 2010 his track, “Dancing Skulls,” released via the Brooklyn label, Bastard Jazz, received big play from tastemakers worldwide including Nickodemus, DJ Yoda, DJ Day, and many more.

Later that year he signed with Bastard Jazz and played the main stage at the Red Bull Music Academy tent at Oxygen. His releases on the Brooklyn-based imprint have received high praise worldwide.
